Aim and Scope

Aim:
The Pakistan Journal of Management (PJOM) is dedicated to providing a robust platform for the exchange of scholarly research and practical insights in the field of management, focusing particularly on issues relevant to Pakistan. PJOM aims to foster a deeper understanding of management theories, practices, and challenges within the unique socio-economic and cultural context of Pakistan.
